Raymond C. Pecor, Jr.
President - Owner
Owner and President since day one, "Ray" is responsible for bringing baseball back to Burlington, after purchasing the Jamestown Expos from the Montreal Expos and relocating the club to Vermont for the 1994 season. In addition to the Lake Monsters, Ray is part owner of the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, Triple A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies.

Kyle Bostwick
Vice President
A member of the front office since 1994, Kyle started as an intern with the Vermont Expos, before being named General Manager in 1996. The New York-Penn League Executive of the Year in 1999, Kyle also served as General Manager of the Triple A Ottawa Lynx from 2000-2007, before returning to the Vermont Lake Monsters in 2009.

Joe Doud
General Manager
Joe was named General Manager on December 4, 2014 after serving as Assistant General Manager since September of 2010. Joe first joined the Lake Monsters staff as a summer intern in 2008, returned for the final week of 2009 season to help renew season ticket holder packages and spent the summer of 2010 as a Group Sales Representative and gameday staff manager. He currently sits on the board of directors for Everybody Wins! Vermont, a reading mentorship program and is also the Chair of Membership & Development for the Burlington Young Professionals. In 2013, Joe was named a 'Rising Star' of 40 professionals under age 40 in the state of Vermont by Vermont Business Magazine. He graduated with honors from Colby-Sawyer College with a major in Business Administration and minor in History. Joe grew up in Colchester, Vermont, graduating from Colchester High School in 2005.

Adam Matth
Assistant General Manager
Adam returned to the Lake Monsters in October 2015 as Assistant GM after spending the 2015 season in the ticketing department for the Houston Astros. Prior to his one season in Houston, Adam was the Lake Monsters Box Office Manager in 2012-13 and Director of Ticket Operations in 2014. He was also a 2008 summer intern for the Lake Monsters before go on to intern with the West Virginia Power and University of Akron Athletics Department. He graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College with a major in Sport Management in 2010 and then received his masters in Sport Management from West Virginia University. Adam is originally from Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Nate Cloutier
Executive Director of Business Development
Nate was promoted to Executive Director of Sales & Marketing on December 4, 2014 after holding the position of General Manager since November 9, 2009. A part of the organization since 2002, Nate was the team's Assistant General Manager 2007-2009 after holding positions such as Director of Ticket Operations, Merchandise Operations and Publication/Graphic Design 2002-2007. A 1998 graduate of St. Johnsbury Academy, where a two-time Vermont State Decathlon Champion, member of the 1997 Division One State Championship basketball team and a two-time captain of the Track and Field team. Also a 2002 graduate of University of Vermont's Self-Designed program where he focused on Advertising. Nate's career began in Australia during the 2000 Olympic Games, helping the USA Track and Field team on their way to gold.

Maria Valentyn
Director of of Marketing and Promotions
Maria graduated from Saint Michael's College in 2016 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and minors in Economics and History. After a trip with USA East Coast Basketball to Italy, on which she served as the Director of Operations, and a brief stint in the political sector, she has returned to the Lake Monsters organization. Her career with the Lake Monsters officially began in Summer 2015 when she served as the Marketing and Fan Development Intern. Maria is originally from Brookfield, WI and thrilled to be back in Vermont and working for the Lake Monsters!

Frank Fanning
Director of Team Operations & Community Outreach
Frank began his baseball career with the Lake Monsters in January of 2017 as Box Office Manager. He was born in Montreal and was a loyal supporter of the Expos, where his father Jim was Montreal's first-ever General Manager and skippered the Expos to their only playoff appearance in 1981. Frank grew up playing baseball and performed as the guitarist for three years in a Canadian touring rock act called Comet. After spending nearly two years as Promotions Coordinator at Free 98.1 FM, Frank graduated from Fanshawe College in April 2016 with an Associate's Degree in Broadcasting.

Heather Regnaud
Staff Accountant
Heather is a Vermont native who earned her Bachelor degree in accounting from Champlain College in 2012. After college she spent her time snowboarding on the slopes of Bolton Valley as well as managing their accounting department. In 2014 she traded in her snow boots for flip flops to continue her accounting career on the Caribbean island of St John, US Virgin Islands where she was the full-charge bookkeeper for a villa management business. She has recently decided to return home to enjoy the beauty of the green mountains and begin her journey in the world of baseball as the staff accountant for the Lake Monsters on November 20, 2017.

Paul Stanfield
Director of Media Relations
Paul has been the Lake Monsters Director of Media Relations since the team's first season in 1994. After graduating from Rice Memorial High School in 1985 and attending Asbury College (Wilmore, Kentucky) 1985-1990, Paul worked in the Sports Information Office at the University of Vermont during the 1990's and is still a member of the stat crew for UVM men's & women's hockey and basketball games. He was inducted into the Vermont Principals' Association (VPA) Hall of Fame in 2010.
